the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the access to the hotel boat for the sunset aarti show was a convenient touch. the challenge of navigating through the maze of alleyways to reach the property daily could be improved with mobility issues or heavy luggage.

The staff at Guleria Kothi At Ganges in Varanasi are extremely polite and friendly. The location of the hotel is great, very close to Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple. The room is quiet and luxurious. The food served in the restaurant for breakfast is lovely.

The room here comes with a cool top terrace and a private balcony 🌿. the service is top-notch and there's a rooftop restaurant right on site. Oh, and they won't charge you extra for wake-up calls or ironing your clothes.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location right on the shores of the magnificent Ganga river was simply breathtaking. I could sit and admire the stunning views of the ghats for hours. The staff were incredibly helpful and always made sure I had everything I needed. They provided excellent room service and even arranged a car hire for me. The room itself was cozy and had all the amenities I could ask for, including a mini-bar and in-room safe. I also enjoyed spending time on the patio, relaxing on the comfortable garden furniture. the service and the location of this place were truly exceptional.

Sadly, my experience at the hotel was let down by a few key factors. the room I stayed in had quite a few insects which made me feel uncomfortable.
